We loved the facilities of this hotel, including the swimming pool and additional "jacuzzi" style pool. The view was also stunning and added to our overall enjoyment. We appreciated the privacy as it was a peaceful escape from the busyness of Santiago de Tolu, which was only a 15-minute drive away. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on local transportation.

We enjoyed the breathtaking view and the secludedness of the location. The swimming pool and the additional hot tub style pool were the best part of our stay - truly a perfect spot to relax as a couple. The food served was okay, not the best we have had, but it was satisfying enough. The activities offered were also a plus - we particularly enjoyed the pasadía.

The AC was not functioning properly, and we had to have it fixed and cleaned. There were also some issues with the organization of some of the activities, specifically the mangroves and fishing.

The location offers privacy, being a bit away from the nearest town. Nevertheless, there were still good activities, such as Tintipan pasadía, that provided entertainment. The view from the facilities, including the pools, is breathtaking and memorable.

Some aspects of the hotel require improvement. One specific area was the organization of certain activities, such as the mangroves/fishing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and complete privacy. The hotel provided top-notch service and room amenities, including air conditioning, a terrace with comfortable garden furniture, and free toiletries. The shared kitchen was a great convenience, and the flat-screen TV in our room kept us entertained. The dining experience was exceptional, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. We also enjoyed spending time at the leisure swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool, and the beach access was a definite plus. The sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met.

We had a great time during our stay. The facilities were amazing and we loved the stunning view. The swimming pool and the "jacuzzi" style additional pool were the best aspects of our stay. We also appreciated the privacy as it was located off the beaten road. The food was good; we enjoyed the different options they offered.

The A/C was not working properly and the filters were dirty which was a bit of a letdown. The activities they offered were not properly organized, especially the mangroves/fishing trip.
